At Burkhart, the Account Coordinator role is essential for the smooth operation of our marketing projects. Supporting Account Managers, you will help coordinate the execution of marketing strategies, ensuring timely and successful delivery. This role involves direct interaction with clients to gather project requirements, assist in the management of project timelines, and contribute to our goal of surpassing client expectations. Your work will directly impact our ability to maintain and grow our client relationships within the energetic marketing landscape.

Salary Range
- $30,000 - $45,000 per year based on experience and qualifications + Benefits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 4 years of relevant education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, with a strong preference for agency experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in project management software considered a plus.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a keen interest in the marketing industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and nurturing of client relationships, facilitating smooth communication and timely updates to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate project logistics, including timelines, deliverables, and resources, to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
- Participate in the creation and presentation of project proposals, timelines, and reports, ensuring clarity and alignment with client objectives.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, conveying client needs accurately and ensuring project requirements are met to the highest standard.
- Support the Account Manager in monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and facilitating solutions to keep projects on track.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay informed of marketing trends and best practices, contributing to team knowledge and project innovation.
