The Women of Burkhart

The Women of Burkhart

On March 8th, 1857, one of the first-ever marches for unequal rights for women occurred. Since that day, March 8th has been annually observed as International Women’s Day. This day is about celebrating the women’s rights movement and bringing attention to issues such as gender inequality. On our Burkhart team, we are proud to have many amazing, hardworking women who continuously exceed expectations. Below we have highlighted these women and their thoughts on International Women’s Day.

Erin Burkhart

The first woman we are highlighting is our Office Manager, Erin Burkhart. Erin has worked for Burkhart Marketing Partners since 2013 and is a crucial component to our mission. Below are Erin’s thoughts on why International Women’s Day is important to celebrate.

Why do you think it is important to celebrate International Women’s Day?

“I think it is good to recognize women for their achievements and to celebrate acts of courage and determination by women. I also believe it gives young girls a goal to strive for.”
